You are working legally in Denmark - you are entitled to family benefit for children under 18, on the same terms as Danish citizens. The Danish family benefit can be likened to the Polish 800+. The children do not have to reside in Denmark. It is sufficient if one of the parents works in Denmark either seasonally or permanently.
Benefit amounts:
0-2 years - 5,292 kr. per quarter
3-6 years - 4,191 kr. per quarter
7-14 years old - 3,297 kr. per quarter
15-17 years old - 1,099 kr. per month
Attention: If the child was born in Denmark, you do not have to do anything, the benefit will be paid automatically.

Cost of service 1000 kr
Required documents
– copy of the contract employment in Denmark ,
– a copy of the child's birth certificate As well as translation of the deed by a certified Danish or English translator,
– confirmation of residence in poland or another EU country, a minimum of 6 years, this entitles you to 100% of benefits paid, otherwise the payment is given as a percentage of the documented years.
