Apply for a new one according to your situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">You can also get residency in Denmark under the rules:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>family members of an EU citizen in Denmark<\/strong><em> <\/em>- If you are an EU citizen and live in Denmark, your relatives who move to Denmark can also apply for residency<strong> <\/strong>On the basis of family reunification, we are talking about the Spouse or partner (<em>if you have lived together in your country of origin for at least 18 months - joint registration<\/em>) and children under the age of 21.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student<\/strong> - If you are studying at a Danish educational institution at the upper secondary or tertiary level, you can, as an EU\/EEA or Swiss citizen, apply for a residence document as a student,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>person with sufficient financial resources-<\/strong> A person has sufficient financial resources to support himself (and possibly his family) during his stay in Denmark without burdening the Danish welfare system.
