- declared bankruptcy,
- has been closed,
- or is insolvent,
and thus you can't get your back pay and other benefits from it, then we are here to help you recover your money.
We take care of documenting and managing your case with the Employee Guarantee Fund (Danish acronym LG).

Cost of service from 650 kr (standard)
The basic documents are:
- employment contract,
- termination or dismissal,
- payments for the last six months,
- Time records for unpaid paychecks,
Claims can be made:
- No later than 4 months after the employer is declared bankrupt
- not later than 6 months after the termination of the employment relationship and the insolvency of the employer
LG processes applications in about 35 working days.
