📲🇩🇰 There was NemID, there is MitID... and now comes AltID!Remember NemID, now using MitID? Get ready for the next evolution! 🚀You already have to “embrace” a lot of applications: Rejsekort, MitID, e-Box, Sundhedskortet and many more... And now comes AltID! 🤩The Ministry of Digitization has announced that the AltID application, called the "Danish Digital Identity Wallet," will be launched in the spring. 🇩🇰 It is there that we will be able to gather digital evidence such as the Identity Card in one place (It will be used to confirm identity. It contains name, date of birth, address and CPR number. The key is that the user himself decides exactly which information he will share (e.g., only first and last name when receiving a package), so that the recipient will see only what is necessary)and proof of age(It will allow us to prove that the user is above a certain age limit (e.g., +18), without revealing the exact date of birth, CPR number or other personal information )🆔👉 This is all in response to an EU regulation that requires all EU member states to develop digital identity wallets. The best part? In the future, we will be able to use AltID throughout the European Union! 🇪🇺 No more carrying a pile of documents! 🎉What do you think of this news? Are you ready for AltID? What do you think - facilitation or another complication and control 🤔👇Source : digst.dk/it-loesninger/altid/AltID #MitID #NemID #Denmark #Cyphrization #eID #EU #UEuropean Union #Digitization #NewTechnologies #DigitalIdentity #your-adviser.dk ... 💥 SEX, SKAT OG SMÆK - Danish celebrities under the magnifying glass of Skat! 💥The Danish tax authority (Skattestyrelsen) has just released data that has caused quite a stir online 😳.📊 More than 600 Danish creators publishing content on platforms such as OnlyFans, Instagram and Snapchat have not fully accounted for their income.A total of nearly 13 million Danish kroner in back taxes is at stake! 💸🧾 The authority found that as many as 94% of the people audited had errors in their accounts - some didn't report any income, others didn't pay VAT, and some understated their earnings by up to hundreds of thousands of crowns.💣 Record cases reach up to one million crowns of debt to the state! And the penalties can be severe - tax, interest, and sometimes a fine of up to twice the amount underpaid.💬 What is the problem? Many creators forget that even if they work „from home” and make money online, they are still in business.Revenue from:➡️sprzedaży photos and videos,➡️subskrypcji (e.g. OnlyFans),➡️czatów with fans,➡️współprac commercial and advertising,➡️a even sponsorship ,gifts or vouchers received 🎁- all these revenues are taxable!💡 Conclusion:New times = new sources of income = same tax rules. The Internet is not a „free zone” from taxes - even if you earn online, you have to account for SKAT.📣 If you're running a profile, selling content or offering paid partnerships - you'd better make sure you have it well registered!Because as you can see - Skattestyrelsen has an account too... and a good eye 👀💼.👉 What do you think about it?In your opinion, is SKAT overdoing its inspections or, on the contrary, doing too little?Do you think gift and sponsorship income should be taxed?Or maybe the „creators” are really „forgetting” about taxes... or are they just hoping that SKAT won't find them 😉 😉💬 Write in the comments!#onlyfans #influencers #taxes #skat #skattestyrelsen #Denmark #biznesonline #Finance #law #Settlements #cybereconomics ... 🇩🇰 Living abroad, but working remotely for a Danish company? Here's what you should know about taxes 💰This topic concerns two main groups of people:1️⃣ Employees who are paid from Denmark but perform work remotely from another country,2️⃣ Danish business owners who have moved out of Denmark. In both cases, the key is that the income is from Denmark, even though the residence is outside Denmark.👷‍♂️ Part 1: Employees receiving wages from Denmark but working abroadThis group includes people who formally live outside Denmark (they may have previously lived in Denmark), but are paid by a Danish company - such as remote workers, consultants or specialists working together remotely. In such cases, the Danish tax authority (Skattestyrelsen) analyzes, among other things:🏠 where the work is actually done,📍 whether the employee has a residence - center of life interests in Denmark,📑 and whether there is a double taxation treaty between Denmark and the country of residence. If such an agreement is missing(Denmark does not have one signed with, for example: United Arab Emirates, Spain or Andorra), there is a risk that the income will also be taxed in Denmark, even if the work is physically performed abroad.📌 On the other hand, for employees living, for example, in Poland, where there is a double tax treaty with Denmark and their status in Denmark is limited tax law, income from work performed outside Denmark is taxed only in Poland - that is, in DENMARK we do not pay tax on this salary.💡This situation also applies to people who work permanently remotely but occasionally visit their employer in Denmark for stationary work, meetings, etc.👔 Part 2: Danish business owners living abroadMore and more Danish entrepreneurs are choosing to move to countries with more favorable tax systems.📌Unfortunately, many do not realize that they may still be subject to Danish taxation despite moving out.The Danish tax authority (Skattestyrelsen) applies the so-called „konsulentreglen” of 1987, according to which a person who owns shares in a Danish company and performs any work for it-even while residing abroad with which Denmark does not have a tax treaty-can be considered a taxpayer in Denmark. In recent months, Skattestyrelsen has begun extensive checks against business owners who have moved abroad but continue to derive income from operations in Denmark. In practice, this means a new wave of tax cases involving people who formally reside in Dubai, Andorra, Monaco or Spain, for example, but still hold shares or hold functions in Danish companies.Under a special provision in Danish tax legislation, Denmark may continue to tax the remuneration paid by a Danish company not only to its owner, but also to a person acting as an advisor, consultant or similar associate - even if the person has moved out of the country and is no longer fully taxable in Denmark. This applies if the person, alone or jointly with a close relative, held at least 25% of the company's capital for five years before the move.Currently, the Danish Tax Authority can resume calculating tax on income for 2022 (it has until 01.05.2026 to do so) , but in cases of gross negligence it can go back up to 10 years.💡 What can be done?Check your tax residency status - are you formally and actually already „moved out” of Denmark in a tax sense?Consult a tax advisor - Danish regulations in this area are very technical, but there are possibilities to limit or exclude double taxation.🧭 SummaryMany people who live outside Denmark and continue to receive income from Denmark believe that „simply changing your address” is enough to avoid Danish tax. Unfortunately, it's not just the address that matters to Skat, but more importantly the reality - where you live, where you work and where you actually earn to determine tax liability.💬 We can help! 🤝If you need to clarify the regulations or contact the Danish Tax Authority (Skattestyrelsen) to correct the situation and possibly avoid a tax reassessment and 💸 a penalty, you can contact your 👩‍💼 accountant or your-adviser.dk tax department 💼 Hotline +45 35 13 13 10, help@your-adviser.dk#taxes #Denmark #skattestyrelsen #Working abroad #firmawdania #he remote work #double taxation #YourAdviser ...
